How we work

Proofing our impact
We are committed to transparency and accountability which is why we regularly share our impact reports with our donors. Our non-profit organization's work is evidence-based, and we consistently strive to improve our impact through innovative solutions.
Keylon’s Destiny works directly with first-time offenders who are incarcerated in Arizona prisons for non-violent crimes. The team partners with organizations throughout the greater Phoenix area to:
▪ Visit inmates and determine program interest
▪ Evaluate an individual’s eligibility, including interviews, background check and drug testing
▪ Enroll eligible participants in the 12-week reintegration and recovery program
Graduates of the 12-week program will understand the importance of personal growth, professional development and community giving through the educational courses and personal interactions with those who have been in the same situation.
Graduates of the program will have access to various job opportunities in industries that are open to hiring individuals with a criminal background, such as:
